Lou Moo the Malevolent

Engineered by Mel Scarlet as a son, Lou Moo is one of the few clones that has the skill and knowledge to outsmart his father and avoid assassination. Lou Moo also has an affinity towards cows and feels obligated to cybernetically enhance them to give them the edge in their war against humanity (a war he instigated). Lou Moo pities and detests humans, feeling their meagre understanding of the natural world around them limits their usefulness. He refuses to admit his genetic material has any commonality with human DNA. He remains one of the largest threats against the APO and believes their destruction is necessary to further his plans.
